Consultancy Services
I offer a range of flexible consultancy services designed to support individuals, teams, and organisations who want to apply behavioural science in meaningful, practical ways.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen the rigour behind your strategies, be more innovative in your approach, or upskill yourself or your team, I can help you design impactful, evidence-based behaviour change strategies tailored to your context.
If you’re interested in working together, get in touch below to discuss how I can support your project.
Team Building and Upskilling workshops
I offer tailored workshops to teach teams how to use theory in practice or create evidence-based pitchs for a behaviour change strategy. Each session is designed around your team’s needs—whether that’s understanding how to implement theory in practice, learning about specific theories, or co-designing behavioural interventions. To make the experience even more engaging, I can introduce elements of friendly competition, such as hackathon-style challenges, where teams compete to design the most effective or innovative behaviour change strategy.
These workshops are especially effective for organisations looking to embed behavioural thinking across teams or develop strategies collaboratively.
Pitch Development for Behaviour Change Strategies
Behind every successful behaviour change initiative is a clear and persuasive pitch. Whether you’re seeking funding, executive approval, or team buy-in, the ability to communicate your idea in a way that is both credible and compelling often determines whether it moves forward. Research shows that theory-based approaches strengthen both the credibility and effectiveness of behaviour change strategies, increasing the likelihood of impact while also being a method to de-risk your strategy.
I can work with you to design and refine an initial pitch or to review an initial draft, strengthening your ideas by helping you apply a theory-based approach that makes them more credible, compelling, and practical.
Imaginal Serious Games & Gamification
Serious games are a powerful learning tool, leveraging metaphors to be able to more easily digest complex and abstract concepts in an engaging and immersive way. Research has shown that simulating real-world challenges through play improves creativity, critical thinking and collaborative skills. This technique is especially effective for tackling behavioural challenges or building strategic thinking skills.
I can help you set up an imaginal serious game or Challenges and Changelings specficially, curating it to your specific content and objectives. This is useful for classroom contexts or general once-off team building.
Pricing
Value Based Pricing
I use a value based pricing model, meaning that I offer a set price, inclusive of everything including any prep work, potential research, meetings, and advice.
Pricing varies depending on session length, level of customisation, and group size. I know this sounds vague (and I do apologise for that!), however every organisation and project is different so I offer flexible packages that can be tailored to your needs.

Example of packages
1:1 Strategy Session – A focused mentoring session to refine your pitch or apply theory to a specific challenge. Bundled pricing is avaliable for multiple sessions.
Workshop Package – Half-day or full-day workshops designed to teach your team how to apply behavioural theory in practice.
Team Challenge Experience – Gamified, hackathon-style events using serious games or Challenges and Changelings, curated to your team’s goals.
Type of Projects I work on
Most of my work is short-form, whether that’s a strategy session, a workshop, or a one-day engagement. My focus is on helping you and your team build capability, rather than taking over delivery. I work alongside you to design approaches, and to mentor and upskill teams, so that you walk away with the tools and confidence to apply behavioural insights on your own. This way, the impact of our time together continues well beyond the session itself.
Free initial consult
I start with a free initial meeting to learn more about your project and your goals. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, explore whether we’re a good fit, and discuss the different ways I might support you. From there, I’ll outline a few tailored options—whether that’s a one-off session, a workshop, or a short series of engagements—so you can choose the approach that works best for your needs and budget.
